Terms and Agreement

Sports Service Terms:

  1. andGO Sports reserves the right to terminate this agreement for non payment
  2. All payments must be on time for amount stated above
  3. No partial payments accepted
  4. A 15% fee will be applied to all late payments
 

Agreement Details:

  1. The agreement does not guarantee a financial award to any university or college.
  2. The agreement does not guarantee admissions to any university or college.
  3. Client’s personal information must remain on file with andGO Sports, Inc. 4. andGO Sports, Inc. is incorporated in the State of New York.
  4. TD Bank operates as Banking Agent for andGO Sports, Inc.
  5. andGO Sports, Inc. is a for profit New York based firm.
  6. andGO Sports, Inc. does not own, purchase, sell or provide athletic, academic or any scholarships or awards towards universities, colleges or any other academic institution.
  7. andGO Sports reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for non payment. 9. This agreement may not be sold, offered for sale, distributed, transferred, pledged, or hypothecated to anyone or any entity under any circumstances. Any such action will make this contract null and void.
  8. This agreement shall be construed, interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the State of New York, United States of America.
  9. Client has sought or waives right to legal counsel with regard to this general agreement. Client fully understands and acknowledges that there is no guarantee of financial award or admissions with any university or college. Client is financially able to bear the financial payment of this agreement.
  10. Client releases andGO Sports, Inc its affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors and partners from and against any claims, proceedings, investigations, lawsuits or actions for any expenses, losses, damages, attorney’s fees, costs and liabilities arising against any loss attributable to Acts of God (“force majeure”) such as terrorist attacks, natural disasters, which actions are outside the control of andGO Sports, Inc.
  11. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  12. Admissions, acceptance, scholarships, awards are “not guaranteed” by andGO Sports Inc.
